Are successful real estate agents just simply lucky? Has their success just
been handed to them? Have they lived on easy street their entire lives with
not a care in the world? What luck they have. Oh to be lucky like them!

Success is defined by many different ways, and you will find that luck has
nothing to do with it. Successful Realtors have all taken very diverse and
more often than not rocky roads on their journeys to success. Escaping
from war torn countries, starting their life in a hut in the middle of Africa,
shouldering burdens along the way that defy logic and persevering
through a multitude of challenges both physically and mentally are more
in-line with the truth. Were they just lucky?

Seriously, you could examine all forms of luck and none of them would
have anything to do with an individual’s success in real estate sales or
failure. Good luck can appear to bless certain people and Bad luck can
haunt others. Perhaps when you think that you have had your daily quota
of Bad Luck, along comes the dreaded Worst Luck! Case-in-point,
Bad Luck could-be-defined as missing the bus. Worst Luck could-be-defined
as being hit by the bus (see the subtle difference?)

“SHALLOW MEN BELIEVE IN LUCK AND CIRCUMSTANCE, STRONG MEN
BELIEVE IN CAUSE AND EFFECT”

Ralph Waldo Emerson
