Ken Eddy has been helping clients buy and sell Real Estate in Calgary since he began his career with RE/MAX back in 1988. His commitment to the Real Estate Industry has helped propel him to be the recipient of just about every sales award that RE/MAX has to offer, including the Robert H Cherot award for his contribution, dedication and leadership in helping to build the RE/MAX organization of Western Canada.
Ken has authored and published several books on real estate sales and entrepreneurship, leading him to be a keynote speaker in several countries, such as Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, New Zealand, and Mexico. Also, Ken has hosted real estate mastermind retreats and seminars across North America, constantly searching for innovation, new ideas, and cutting-edge technology to enhance his customer service and give the clients a positive real estate experience.
Ken will reveal why such a small group of realtors always get the lion’s share of leads and do the vast majority of business month after month and year after year.

Born and raised in Ottawa but recognized across North America for her achievements in real estate. Chelsea Hamre is a third-generation REALTOR® whose energetic and passionate approach to inspiring dreams has led her to become a growing success.
She is a District Leader of the RE/MAX Young Professional’s Network. Chelsea was also a guest speaker at National conferences for Crush It in Real Estate in the United States, Inman Connect, and RE/MAX Canada.
Recognized for her ability to lead in the real estate industry, care for others and to strive for excellence, in 2021 Chelsea Hamre was awarded the RE/MAX Spirit of Canada Award. She is bilingual, proficient in video technology and multi-media marketing. All of this gives Chelsea and her clients an unfair advantage.
PETER MUELLER
In 1984, at 19 years old, Peter began his career in real estate. Over the course of his decades long career, he has been consistently recognized within the top 1% of sales and, for 10 consecutive years has also been recognized for his outstanding leadership.
At the age of 29, Peter founded his own real estate firm and, in less than 3 years, grew his organization from a start-up to a profitable company with 60 sales professionals and staff. He led the implementation of all business processes, financial reporting, and controls to create a business with sustainable and repeatable cash flow. His talent for recruiting and generating new business was unmatched in the industry.
After selling his real estate company, Peter committed his career to guiding and coaching agents, teams, and brokers toward sustainable profitability.
As the founder and CEO of The Profit Centre, Peter speaks to thousands of brokers and agents annually. His clients span ten time zones and a host of countries and range from startups to large regional enterprises. He is passionate about helping agents, teams, brokers, and executives reach their profitability goals.
MIKE ZUCCATO
It is said that the world needs great leaders, and more mentors to set an example to whom we look up to for guidance. Attributes and qualities that are hard to find in today’s fast-paced world. Mike Zuccato exemplifies these characteristics by being a proven leader in the real estate industry and a mentor to many.
Growing up in Ancaster next to the the steel town of Hamilton, Ont; Mike’s first love was hockey. The irreplaceable lessons learned on the ice and in the dressing room helped lay the foundation for building an impressive resume. Licensed in 1992, Mike built a solid real estate career by not taking shortcuts, trusting the tools on hand, and following attested systems. After a decade and a half in the trenches, he purchased RE/MAX Realty Services, eventually doubling the sales associates to over 300.
Mike believes that leadership starts at the top, and he walks the talk day in and day out. He has created training programs that deliver relevant, proven, and compelling content, helping to empower all agents to succeed personally and professionally.
It is said that success leaves a trail, benchmarks, and obvious signs that the rest of us can follow. In a fireside chat format, Mike will expound on the traits and habits of not only his success but the many extremely successful realtors that are in his charge.
