ROY ANDERSON
If You’re Not Leading, Who’s Leading You

Roy Anderson epitomizes leadership in its truest form. As the former Vice President of RE/MAX Canada, his name became synonymous with visionary guidance and unparalleled expertise within the real estate realm. In this powerful presentation, Roy will break down what truly defines a strong leader and what sets an exceptional leader apart from the rest. Leadership isn’t about titles or positions—it’s about action, influence, and the ability to inspire those around you. It’s the difference between simply managing and truly leading.

Drawing from his personal and professional experiences, Roy will explore the reality that leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some individuals are born with natural leadership instincts, while others develop them through challenges and perseverance. He’ll reveal how the best leaders understand the power of adaptability, adjusting their approach to fit the situation and the people they lead. True leadership requires self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the courage to evolve.

Whether at home, in communities, in relationships, or within yourself, leadership shapes every decision you make. As Roy often says, “If you’re not leading, someone else is making the decisions for you.” In this session, you’ll learn what it takes to lead with strength, purpose, and impact. Now is the time to step up, take ownership, and embrace what it truly means to lead with confidence and authenticity.
